Vladimir Kojovic, MD, PhD is a Serbian consultant urologist and pediatric surgeon, and he is also an assistant professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade and founder of Andromedic Academy of reconstructive urology.
Dr. Kojovic was trained in a renowned Belgrade school for genital surgery, which was founded and conducted by Professor Sava Perovic, one of the pioneers in the field of gender confirming surgery.
Dr. Kojovic's areas of expertise include reconstructive urology, gender confirming surgery and congenital anomalies of genitalia.
Dr. Kojovic is the author and co-author of numerous papers and book chapters in the field of genital reconstructive surgery. Dr. Kojovic is an active member of various professional associations such as World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), European Association of Urology (EAU), European Society for Sexual Medicine (ESSM), Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons (GURS), etc.
